Broken window lock handle

This fork style lock handle controls the wooden casement style windows in our bay window. Half of the fork has broken off, so now we cannot lock/unlock the windows, as we were only given one to control both. The stamp on the fork says "construction handle." Is there a non-plastic option that can be used?

This looks like the lever from our 38-205 lock. Could this be what you have? Carefully compare your whole lock assembly to this part and let me know what you think.
