Broken window operator

Hello, I need help identifying the window operator in the attached photo as the current one is broken and needs to be replaced. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It's hard to tell exactly what the measurement of the link arm is based on this photo. It looks longer that the standard 39-005. Maybe our 39-346 would be a better choice. Take a look and see what you think.
