I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this operator track. Can you show me a clear picture of the end of the operator arm that fits into this track, as well as a clear picture of the entire operator? That might clue us in as to other options you can consider.

Hey Chad. Take a look at the 36-078 and 36-078B. These appear to be the parts for you window. 

Now, if you also needed to replace your operator, I unfortunately don't believe this single arm style is still available. We do carry the 39-348 dual arm operator, but I'm not sure if it would work as a replacement. If you do need to replace your existing operator, I actually advise that you take a look at the 39-083 instead, along with the 39-170 sash bracket. This might be a better operator if it will fit your window. Let me know what you think.
