Broken window coil balance

A quick learner from 16602 says:
I don't see any markings or numbers on the window or track or hardware. I saw some similar items on your site, but they don't seem to be deep enough. I also don't know how many pounds it would need to be capable of handling. Help please! (I acknowledge not having measurements is not particularly helpful. I apologize, this is at my grandmother's house, not mine, and the best she could tell with her yardstick is that it's a bit more than 3/4 inch deep.)

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our Certainteed 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs, to yours.

If this is a Simonton window, you'll need to follow the video below to convert the window to use new hardware since the 15-192 is not an exact replacement for Simonton's version. Thank you!
