Broken window part

Thank you for your help. This part is broken and the window rod is all the way up because of it. Need to know which part I need and if it's fixable. Thank you.

It looks like you need a new Top Sash Guide. These are nylon parts that keep the balances secure to the sash. When they break due to age or sun exposure, the balances shoot past the sash as has happened with you. To know what new guide you need, remove an undamaged one and compare to our selection here.
