Broken window parts

A home owner from Pawleys Island sc says:
Hi. My windows are not staying open. They fall. Looks like some of the parts may be broken. I thought maybe I can fix them if you could figure out which part it is. Looks like you sell a stretcher tool to get the part in between the window as well? They are vinyl windows. The ones upstairs look like they have one screw but the ones downstairs have 2 screws. I have more pictures but this will not let me upload all photos for you to help identify the part. I've tried looking on the catalog pages but unsure what to call the part. Any installation videos would be appreciated if you are able to identify the broken part. Please.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit! Unfortunately we do not have an installation video on this specific set up, but I have related a few similar style videos to review.

You will need to review the metal coils for any numbers stamped on the metal that indicates the weight option needed. Also review the 15-186 single cover and 15-181 double cover along with the 15-182 balance bushing.

If there are no numbers stamped on the coils, please provide the weight of each window sash that the coils need replaced on and we can move forward with determining the correct weighted coils. Thank you!

A quick learner from Pawleys says:
Will I need to order a left and right coil balance or are the left and right the same. Meaning it can go on either side ?
