Broken window piece ID

Question

Hello and thanks for the sash balances I just bought. They were just the pieces I needed. However I found this broken piece. It's at the top corner of the sash and looks like it's supposed to be a stop for the top of the channel balance. It's broken so the channel balance protrudes above the sash. Can you please help me identify this piece and then tell me you have 2 of them?
