Broken window pieces

Question

Hello, these pieces are broken in nearly all of my windows in a house I just bought and I'd like to replace them. I'm attaching a pic of the broken piece, a pic of the piece still in tact, and a pic with a label from my window in the event it has any identifying info to help with ordering the right pieces.

Thanks for posting. Looks like the coil balance system is damaged and must be replaced. I am confident we can help, but we'll need you to remove the old system and show us the pivot shoe at the bottom. We'll also need the thickness of the coil spring tape--it should be 1/2" or 3/8". Finally, tell us the weight of the window sash. That will narrow all down.
