Broken window spring Certainteed vinyl window.

Question

The last time this was fixed Anlin windows tech left one set of spare springs marked SA 497 (or maybe 407) & LA 407.  Looking for replacement spring and maybe the other associated parts if needed.

Hello there. For Certainteed Coil Balances stamped '407', see the S170-407 spring, and, if there is a second spring atop the first one, the S171-407. The video below explains.
