Broken window springs

I hope you can help me with this. The springs are broken on both sides there is a marking 3010 on each spring. It looks like they come all in one unit for each side. I have 10 Certainteed windows in my house, this one I put in in 1999

After getting the spring under a better light I see the number is 3610, The window weighs 20 pounds, so I would need a 10 pound spring on each side.

Hello! It looks like you have our 15-192 pivot shoe which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. We only carry up to 9 pound springs but you can use two 5 pound springs on each side of the window to support your 20 pound sash.
