Broken window systen

Hi. Attached please find two pictures: one of the system functioning and one of the broken black plastic part. Which parts do I need to order to fix it?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! The black plastic piece you are referring to is the track slider installed on the casement window hinge. This piece is not sold separately from the hinges, so you'll need to replace the entire assembly.

We typically suggest using the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set but you'll need to measure the length of the window track to confirm it will be a fit. You will need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure the window will continue functioning properly.

These can be used for both left and right handed applications.
