Broken wooden window casement lock from ~1992

Home Owner from Laguna Niguel, CA
I am looking for replacement of a broken window casement lock. Our home was bought new in 1992. The window opens to the right. There are 2 locks on the left side of the wooden window frame. The bottom lock's handle has broken. Casement lock: upper horizontal edge is 2 9/10 inches; the vertical edge is 3"; screw hole to screw hole length is 2 3/10". Keeper: screw hole to screw hole length is 1.5".

Hey there,

We do not have an exact replacement match for this window lock but I believe the 38-097 LH EntryGard Sash Lock could possibly work for the repair. The right handed version is the 38-098. To determine if this will work for the repair, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

These locks are both compatible with the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper. If you are in need of installation screws, take a look at the 33-016P.
