Broken and bent springs on balance

Question

I have broken and bent springs on my balances for one window. I can reinstall the balances if I can get the springs. There were two 3.5lb and two 4.5lb springs. The springs say 35". I can't identify the assembly from the website if I need that. I also need the tilt latches for 1 window.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 shown below, which is used with S160 coil springs. The stamp code in your original coils indicates that you would need the S160-3 and S160-4 replacements.

We may be able to supply your tilt latches as well but we would need to see an undamaged latch removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
