Bronze Coil

Question

I have bronze coil. I don't know how to tell if I need a short, medium or long. There is a "8" on the coil. it snaped into 2 separate pieces. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-180. This pivot shoe looks like what you have here. Since the spring is stamped with the number 8, see the S190-840 8-pound coil spring.
