Bronze crank operator

A very helpful associate of yours suggested that I send you a photo of what I need.
Front mounted bronze with stainless arms double hung opener for my window.
The piece attached to window it's self is 13 1/2 inches
Long arms are 11 1/2 inches
And short arms are approx 6 1/2 inches
Please get back to me so I can place the order

Thanks for posting! Based on your picture, I recommend our 39-015. Carefully compare it to what you have and let me know what you think.

Hello. Want window cranks identical with the photo in the "Barbara" contact on your website. Present cranks are 24" fully folded, recessed into lower window frame. Have a wooden "greenhouse" with about 12 of these needing replacement. I am fully familiar with replacing these. Brand of present cranks is "Truth".

Hello, Alan. We unfortunately don't sell an operator like this that has a 24" measurement when folded. The 39-015 that we recommended back in 2017 remains our best option.
