We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the pivot shoe shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact shoe removed from the other side or an identical window. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe since we are not able to make our exact dimensions from photos. 

I'm also not familiar with the part shown in your last two photos. Could you elaborate on its function and show us where it installs? Thank you!
