I am looking for replacement parts for my 30 year old windows. Specifically the small white piece within the frame that the windows attach to. Enclosed is a picture of that piece which I believe is called a shoe or pivot shoe. I need multiples of that piece and the springs to go with them if they're available.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for this shoe or the springs you're looking for, unfortunately. For wood windows, a local millwork may be able to supply these parts. If the windows are vinyl, you'll need to contact the original manufacturer. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
