Can I see a few pictures of the operator itself removed from the window? That will give us a better idea of what you have and what can be used as a replacement. Thanks!

Part numbers are as follows:
Crank assy 45352
Next arm part 31876
End part 40448
Back of crank assy says 12/18/00 made in USA
Problem is crank assy is not beefy enough to open large windows very many times. Appears to be not a very sturdy aluminum alloy.
