Broyhill Dresser Drawer Hardware needed

Question

I have an older Broyhill Dresser. The drawer slides are broken. The rails that they run on appear to be in good shape. Can you help?
On the white plastic is the following "Ronthor Reiss Corp N.Y.C" and the numbers "R-40-28"

Your drawer guide looks like an older version of our 32-118 back bearing. Take a look at the dimensions and see if this will work for you. You may need to drill new holes since the positioning on yours is different form ours. Thank you!
