Broyhill attic heirloom top dresser glide damaged

I am trying to locate the glide if you will that is damaged.  This is the top drawer to my Broyhill Attic Heirloom.  Please see attached photo of the dresser. I need a replacement part to repair it.

I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this undermount track or its hardware, but could you replace the entire track with our 32-053? Watch the video below to see.
