Bubble Seal weatherstrip for Atrium aluminum sash window

Hi there. I'm looking for a replacement weather seal for an Atrium sash window manufactured in 2005. The t-section is about 3/16" wide and 1/8" tall. The round part is 3/8" in diameter.
