Bubble seal groove dimensions

I want to install the 58-053 bubble seal on wood storm windows. What is the size and shape of the groove? Is a special tool required to make it?

Sorry for the delay, I believe you can purchase a kerf blade for most table saws that cuts the width needed. Take a look at the following image that shows typical retention slots for the 58-053 for both vinyl/aluminum and wood.
