Unfortunately, I do not recognize the roller assembly shown in your photos. I'm not confident that we can supply a replacement but if you have an intact version of the part from another door, along with written-out dimensions of the housing and wheel, that would help us confirm. Thank you. 

Thanks for getting back to us. As I suspected, we do not carry the style of roller shown in your photos. We do carry 1-1/4" diameter wheels such as the 81-228, which uses the 81-304 axle, but it looks like the inner housing is also missing from the rollers shown in your original photos. If so, you would not be able to install new wheels. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
