Plastic rollers breaking. Roller diameter is 1, 1/4 ". Concave roller. Wheel width for track is about 1/8"

Hello there. See our 23-070 and the sturdier, ball-bearing version, the 23-086. The wheel is 1-1/2" diameter, not 1-1/4"; however so long as the hole spacing and other dimensions match, I believe this roller can work for you. Take a look and see what you think.

The hole spacing is offset while the parts you reference are aligned on the same axis--can we drill a new hole to make the second (bottom) hole fit?

Yes, you can drill new holes so that the new hardware better aligns with your door.
