Thanks for your post! Your handle set can be replaced with the 82-030 Sliding Door Handle Set. If you are in need of a keyed version, take a look a the 82-030A (for centered latch levers) or the 82-030B (for offset latch levers).

The mortise lock, which is sold separately from the set, reminds me of the 82-226. The specifications for this can be found on the website.
