Built in plastic deadbolts

Question

Hello,
I'm looking for these built in deadbolts. They are on a double set of doors, stationary side I think it's a masonite fiberglass skin door, but I'm not sure. I need two of them, they are falling apart

Our best recommendation would be to contact the manufacturer, if you know who they are and they are still in business, or to visit a local hardware store.
