Bulb Weatherstripping for Casement Windows

Question

?Looking for replacement weatherstripping for my Weathershield wood casement windows. They were installed when we bought built the house 35 years ago. Attached is a photo of the plastic insert that fits into the side of the window frame. The rubber bulb is missing from the top/flat part of the plastic insert. The insert is 3/8" wide by 3/16 deep.
