Can you please provide the appropriate replacement parts for our bedroom window? My wife previously reached out to you. We received the wrong parts and returned them. We thought we should try again with these pictures and also to let you know that our house was built and the window hardware installed in 1995.

I would start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. These operators look similar, but as long as the dimensions match up you should be okay.

Hi, Tom-

We ordered 39-031 and 39-032 and they were not the same. Would it help to know that the house was built in 1995 and this is when the windows were installed? We are preparing our home to sell and need to replace this part. Any suggestions??

I'm sorry to hear they're not the same. Can you go into more detail why? What exactly was the difference?

Knowing when the house was built doesn't help. The only way to identify this hardware is through comparing its physical attributes. If you tell me how they differ, we will do our best to find a match.

Perhaps it would be best to order them again and see if they will fit. I just eyeballed it before. I hope they will work!
