Busted frame on slider

Question

I have a slider with "ali adw-8 astm 2190-arg" on the track. The sliding door itself is busted at the bottom and the roller is no longer supported. What might be the best way to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement door framing. That would be specific to the manufacturer. I would recommend starting by checking the door for any stickers that could point you in the right direction. Thank you!
