From what my customer is saying it's a bypass door. Don't know if they know exactly. Let me know what you think.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but your photo looks like it is only showing part of the complete roller. If you could show more of the roller, write out the dimensions, and possibly show some of the other hardware related to this door, that may help us determine if we could supply a suitable replacement. Thank you!

No other hardware to show. There's a left and right hand of this item. Wish I had more information.

Thanks for getting back to us. Would you be able to confirm the diameter of an intact wheel and may we have a photo of the wheel bracket attached to the door? That could help us determine if any parts that we offer would operate the same way.
