Thanks for posting. It's difficult to say what you need without seeing the wheel that was on this hanger. Do you have a version with the wheel still intact that you can show us? If so, can you take pictures of the wheel from the side, and also give us the wheel's diameter? Many thanks.

I believe it's a 3/4 inch wheel made of hard plastic

See our 23-003. Though different in appearance, it has the same offset and wheel shape and diameter as your old roller. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you.
