C-9400-1B Andersen window crank

Question

Hello. Andersen window cig-1 --99.6 The number on top of the crank is C-9400-1B

The number on the arm is 1521101

The arm is 9". If you look at the top screws closer to window they measure 4.5" screw to screw. Please let me know if you need any more info.

Hello Amy. Depending on what year your window is would determine which operator you choose. So if your window was made anywhere between 1999- present, you would go with our 39-099 operator. If your windows have been made between 1995-1998, then our 39-343 would be a good choice. Take a look at both suggested operators and let us know how you make out.
