A quick learner from Ohio says:
We bought a apartment complex in 2006 and have been trying to find parts for our windows and this is a internal latch 2 and half inches long and 7/16 wide. We dont have any ideal what kind of window these are. The top of the window is fixed the bottom goes up and down and can tilt in. I found the pivot bars on your website but havent been able to find this part or the springs for it. Can you help me out? The pivot bar we use is 26-297 if this helps identify the window manufacturer.

Thank you for posting. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this latch. To be honest, you may be better off substituting with a surface mount tilt latch (these are different than the others in that they just screw on). We have a video tutorial that shows how we do this. We find it to be an easier solution for sashes that tend to be more stubborn. Let me know what you think!
