Thanks for posting! Your casement window hinge looks like it could be our 36-004-10. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully compare the dimensions below to your existing hinge. Keep in mind there is a chance that the measurements could differ slightly from your original set of hinges. With that said, you will need to replace both the top and bottom hinges on the window. These can be used for the left and right side of the window.
