Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we do not have a record of the hardware used in your particular window. We would need to see photos of your original operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Seeing the operator uninstalled would be even better. Thank you.
