CASEMENT Window Hardware (Interlock, Assa Abloy)

Hi, I am looking for replacement parts for this window. I believe this is an assa abloy, interlock part as it says interlock on it. Let me know if you can point me in the right direction please. I'm looking for operator, cover (if I can't reuse the existing), track, and hinges and any other parts I need for the window. Thank you for your help.

We can likely supply each part requested, but we need more information.

To start, please disconnect the straight arm from the window and show me the end of it. We need to see how it connects to the track before we can narrow down the list of options.

Regarding the hinge, please tell me the length of the track that screws to the sash.

That is helpful, yes. This makes the operator a match for our 39-253LB and 39-253RB. We also sell the 39-529 guide, 39-451 and 39-452 handle/cover kits separately. For the track, see our 39-528.

Once we know the length of the hinge base track we can make a recommendation for that, too.

Hi thank you for your reply. The hinge is 13 inches.

In that case, I suggest the 36-049. This is 1" longer but that should be fine, I've used this to replace 13" hinges before and it works well. Just make sure you replace the top and bottom at the same time. You never mix old and new hinges.
