I believe your operator is one that was used by Andersen back in the 1940's. Unfortunately, I don't think it's made anymore. You would need to contact an Andersen dealer to see if they carry a substitute operator. 

We do sell the 39-028E operator but we can't promise this will work for you since it's not a direct match. Take a look at the specifications and see if you could adapt this operator to your window along with the 39-507 track and the other parts we've related on this page.
