CERTAINTEED COIL BALANCE

I am trying to replace a coil that came out of a Certainteed vinyl window. It measures 3/4" wide. It only as #10 and 'J' stamped on it. Any ideas on what to order.

Could we see some photos of the coil balance? We would like to take a closer look into this for you.

here is a picture of the balance. Again, all it as on it is a 10 and ther letter 10.

Unfortunately our Certainteed coil springs only go up to S170-409. Is it possible to weigh your sash to see if we can come up with a combination of springs for your window?
