CGI Patio Door Rollers

I need a few of these tandem patio door rollers for a customer. The markings indicate it is a CGI door. The rollers say "1000 series"

I'm afraid I'm not immediately familiar with this roller. Did you take dimensions for me to review? I specifically need to know the height and width of the back end of the housing and the diameter of the wheel. I'd also like a clear shot of the back and top part of the housing so that I can determine the screw hole pattern.
