Unfortunately, I do not recognize the part shown in your photo. I'm not confident that it is something that we can supply but if you could show us what it looks like installed, that would help us confirm. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a replacement for the sleeve shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the door manufacturer directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
