We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel. 

Thank you kindly! Based on these photos, I recommend the S351-21 or S390-21 channel balances. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2030 stamp option for your replacement balances.
