If you've got wings on the bottom attachments and no wings on top, this would be the S350-35. Verify that the metal channel is 35" long, though. Then, you'll want to choose an option. Your prime suspect should be the number on the channel, 34 4. We have a "3440" option that is similar. See if your window sash weighs between 23 and 30 pounds. If so, 3440 is the option for you.
