Question

My window is narrow at 22" and 58" high with no tilt. I measured the length of just the metal channel at 27". You can see the metal clip in photo of the Shoe View 02.

The markings are not clear to me so I included a picture of that also.

Hi there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2640.
