CHANNEL BALANCE
Thanks for reaching out! The balances you have are an extended travel balance, which is a custom assembly. There is a chance we may be able to supply you with the replacement balances you need but I'll just need to double check the length before we can move forward.
The replacement balances will have a length of 13-7/8", which is just slightly under 1". If the length of your metal channel is truly between 13-1/4" and 13-3/8", I'm afraid we will not be able to supply you with a suitable replacement.
I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom assembly.

So, does that mean you can't supply or it would be a custom order

The only other option we have is a balance with a measurement of 13-5/8" which is still too long for your existing channel. Unfortunately, we would not be able to supply you with a replacement.
I'm afraid I do not know where you would be able to find the replacement you need. If you know who the manufacturer of the window is, they might be able to guide you in the right direction to find the replacement you need.
