Can you tell me how much a 3t-EA2 CMC 13 CHANNEL BALANCE CAN LIFT? I AM REPLACING THEM BUT THE NUMBERS DONT MATCH WHAT YOU HAVE.

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we aren't familiar with the numbers you gave so we don't know what strength the balances may be calculated for. We'd be happy to look into this though. Can you show us photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window? We would also like to see a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel.
