The channel balances had come loose and were sitting at the bottom of the window on each side of the window frame so a picture of them "installed" was not possible.
The measured length of the metal portion was 30"

Hi there!
Take a look at the S395-30 with the 2940 stamp option. This comes attached with a winged top fitting and a non-winged 1-1/8" deep shoe. Review the specifications and see what you think.
