I have a 28" CHANNEL BALANCE with a unknown stamp. Is this the 28" series 351 CHANNEL BALANCE?

For a balance marked with "27 3", you want to go with a 2730 option which holds a sash weight of 13-19 pounds. Looking at your balance, it does seem that our S351-28 does look compatible. You just want to make sure that the depth of your bottom shoe measures 1", like in the diagram below.
