Hey there. I am sure we can help, but we need just a little more information. Can you show us the 'guts' of the metal channel? Some balances from the west coast have a special configuration we must account for. We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for the photos. If the metal channel is 33" long, not including the nylon attachments at both ends, then this is either an S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the bottom shoe depth. See below. Measure your old shoe's depth to see what matches best.

You then have to choose a stamp option, which reflects the balances strength. If the old stamp read 32-5, then I would choose 3250, which can support a window sash in the weight range of 28 through 32 pounds. The weight you cited was 27.5 pounds, so you might want to double-check everything to be safe. Let me know if you have further questions.
