The metal length measures 26" and the width measures 5/8" the markings are as follows
25-5 IX CMC 11
I need to replace the metal piece with both fittings on each end. Thank you.

Hey there. I think this is either an S351-26 or S390-26 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2550.
