CMC Window Balance

Question

Hi, would you please confirm that an S380-27, 2640 is the right balance for me? The old balance is 27" long (metal channel only), and my sash weighs 20 lbs.

The S380-27 is definitely a possibility, but you should also consider our S385-27. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure yours to confirm the better match.
